While looking through A Guide To Microsoft Office 2007, I found several things I was well acquainted with-working with documents, e-mailing attachments, editing text, copying and pasting, ect. But much of what I knew from previous experiment is in a much different layout in the new 2007 Microsoft Office program. The new layout has caused me the most problems when trying to navigate my way around documents. Saving files is different-I do not know where the button for saving is (I had to look at my handy guide we made in class to find it)- and I am not very good at using tabs (pg. 91 in the book). I know how to put a time and date stamp on something, but I am not sure when using this function would be appropriate. I did not know how to position graphics until last class period and the only other thing I do not have a clue how to do is creating an HTML file (it is on pg. 108 of the book). Those are the techniques I would like to review. I feel fairly comfortable with the other things expressed in chapters 1-3 in the book.
